Hands down the cutest and most durable Tutu ever! Our Tutus feature a single piece of tulle doubled over with silk flower petals in between the layers. The extra-stretchy elastic band is covered in satin for a comfortable, yet classy fit. And as a final touch, a flower is added the the waistband. But whatever you do, don't let their delicate look fool you! These Tutus have been tested by our very own toddlers and are a favorite for dress-up sessions, trips to the park, and full-fledged birthday parties. The tulle measures 12" long, and one size fits 6 months to 8 years. 3/4-length stretch pants or tights with lacy bottoms can be worn underneath your sweetie's Tutu so she can wear it as a skirt!
