Shipping
Since our products are handmade, please allow up to 10 business days for order processing. If you are on a deadline and need to receive your products by a certain date, please email me before placing your order, and we will let you know if it will be possible. We have never missed a client's date, but please email us to be sure. We ship Priority Fat Rate through the US Postal Service, so you will receive your package between 1 and 3 days from when it is shipped, depending upon how close you are to California. We highly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance. If you would like insurance, please advise us in the notes section during checkout, and your total order price will change accordingly.
We ship anywhere in the US. You may also opt for the 'pick-up' option when checking out. This option is for local residents only who would like to pick up their order at one of our upcoming events or at a local Murrieta CA location.
Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to ensure that the products we make and carry are of the highest quality. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded, and any shipping charges to send the product(s) back to us are your responsibility. Please package items carefully, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged in transit. All merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items if all conditions are not met. All sales are final on personalized or custom ordered items.
To make a return or exchange, please email us with the details of your order, and your reason for exchange, and we will email you further instructions. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing returns and exchanges.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express through our merchant account. If you would like to mail us a Cashier's Check or Money Order, please email us first. We are not responsible for lost Money Orders or Cashier's Checks in the mail, so please purchase insurance.
Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your preferences before processing your order.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge 9.25% sales tax for items with a shipping address anywhere in California.
