Shipping
Since our products are handmade, please allow up to 10 business days for order processing. If you are on a deadline and need to receive your products by a certain date, please email us at krista@sweetabigailbows.com after placing your order and we will do everything possible to get your order out on time. We have never missed a client's date, but please email us to be sure. We ship Express or Priority via the US Postal Service, so you should receive your package between 1 and 3 days from when it is shipped, depending upon how close you are to California. As standard procedure, we purchase a tracking number when your order is shipped, and will email you with your tracking code.
Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to ensure that the products we make and carry are of the highest quality. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded, and any shipping charges to send the product(s) back to us are your responsibility. Please package items carefully, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged in transit. All merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items if all conditions are not met. All sales are final on custom ordered items.
To make a return or exchange, please email us with the details of your order, and your reason for exchange, and we will email you further instructions. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing returns and exchanges.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express at our shows and on our website. We also accept Paypal on our website. If you would like to mail us a Cashier's Check or Money Order, please email us first. We are not responsible for lost Money Orders or Cashier's Checks in the mail, so please purchase insurance.
Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your preferences before processing your order.
Sales Tax
We charge 9.75% sales tax for items with a shipping address anywhere in California.
Privacy Policy
Here at Sweet Abigail, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any of your information unless required to do so by law. By purchasing a product from our website, you will be automatically added to our newsletter mailing list, and you will be contacted about new products, coupon codes, sales, giveaways and special offers. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe, you may do so at the bottom of any email you receive, or you may email us directly at krista@sweetabigailbows.com.
